The National E-mail Survey shows that 72% of the Dutch consumers purchase a product from a webshop after having received an e-mail from this online shop. The study draws 24 conclusions, with one of the most important ones being that 94% of the Dutch consumers are subscribed to e-mail newsletters. Furthermore, the survey shows that Dutch consumers wish to receive transactional e-mails and appreciate birthdaywishes.
